Contest Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility:
- The contest is open to individuals aged 18 years and above.
- Employees of the Murray Automotive Group, their immediate family
members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to
participate.
2. Entry Requirements:
- Participants must purchase any service from participating dealerships to
enter.
- Each paid service by the customer counts as one entry. Entries are limited
to 50 per customer for the entirety of the contest.
- No purchase necessary, customer can request a free entry by filling out
the online form listed below
3. Submission Deadline:
- Contest closes September 30th, 2024.
4. Selection of Winners:
- Winners will be selected at random.
5. Prize & Notification of Winner
- The contest winner will be contacted via phone and/or email within 30
days of the contest ending. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of
the initial notification, another winner may be selected and the prize is
forfeit. Prize has no cash value.
6. Publicity:
- By entering the contest, participants agree to allow Murray Automotive
Group to use their names, likenesses, and entries for promotional and
marketing purposes without additional compensation, except where
prohibited by law.
7. General Conditions:
- Murray Automotive Group reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify
the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their
reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest.
- By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the
decisions of the Murray Automotive Group.
8. Limitation of Liability:
- Murray Automotive Group its affiliates, and their respective officers,
directors, employees, and agents shall not be responsible or liable for
damages, losses, or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the
contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
9. Governing Law:
- The contest is governed by the laws of Canada without regard to its
conflict of law principles.
