Damian moved to Winnipeg in 1994 and he was in need of a job. Luckily, Dan Murray was in need of sales professionals, and hired Damian in 1995 to work at the Murray Store on Portage Ave. Damian enjoyed selling cars and did so for seven years, as the dealership made the move from downtown Winnipeg to the Waverley Automall. During 2002 Damian was offered the position of sales manager, a role he held for just under four years. In February 2006, Damian made the move to the business office, working as a business manager until May 2007. It was during that time that the Murray Hyundai store next door was opening, and Dan Murray needed someone to run the dealership. That person was Damian, who has been working as the general manager for Murray Hyundai ever since. In July of 2016, Damian became a Partner of the Murray Auto Group, and moved out West to be the General Manager of Murray Chevrolet Cadillac in Medicine Hat Alberta.
