The 2024 CADA Laureate Award

We are thrilled to announce that Dean Cooley from Dauphin, Manitoba, part of the Murray Auto Group, has won the prestigious CADA award in the Retail Operations category on June 25, 2024. This award is only available to CADA member dealers, selected from among Canada’s 3,400 franchised new car and truck dealers.

The journey to this accolade is rigorous, beginning with a nomination by an industry peer—self-nominations are not allowed. Each year, hundreds of submissions are meticulously vetted by industry experts, who narrow the field to 15 finalists across three categories: Ambassadorship, Business Innovation, and Retail Operations.
